We make every effort at Luvryorkies (Seller) to insure that the puppy is delivered in a healthy and sound condition. The puppy will come with a Health Certificate and a Full Veterinarian Exam as well as the Vaccination/Worming schedule, registration papers and a Puppy Package. The cost of the puppy does NOT include shipping costs.
All expenses incurred after the puppy leaves the Seller, medical or otherwise, is the responsibility of the Buyer. By reading and signing this document, both Seller and Buyer enter into this agreement in the purchase of the above-named and identified puppy.
The Seller guarantees the puppy for 1 year from the date of birth against life-threatening congenital or hereditary defects. If the puppy has a life threatening congenital or hereditary defect which has been diagnosed or examined by 2 unassociated veterinarians to seriously impact the quality of life, or warrant euthanasia, or require continuous medical treatment throughout the course of the puppy's life, the Seller will provide the Buyer with this option: the Buyer MUST return the puppy to us, we will replace the puppy. All papers, must be signed with a transfer to the Seller. Please note that many disorders that would be a major problem in other breeds may not be considered hereditary. The Seller is NOT responsible for miscellaneous problems such as : hypoglycemia, cocciciosis or giardia as many puppies are prone to outbreak of either coccidia and/or giardia under stressful circumstances. The symptons can arise in a 12 hour period, and cannot always be prevented by the seller, because there are no signs until the puppy is stressed and their immune systiem drops. All precautions have been made, but the buyer should take the puppy to the vet immediately if puppy develops unusual stool, begins vomiting, or has loss of appetitie. Seller does not cover parasites, or other types of bacterial infections, and certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors, i.e.: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, demodectic mange and other autoimmune disorders. The veterinarian will repair all hernias (naval & inguinal) before leaving if found through the full health exam. Hernia repairs, nor cherry eyes, bites and the such do not warrant puppy replacement as it is not life-threatening and in no way interferes with the quality of life of the puppy. There is NO guarantee by the Seller of BREEDING ABILITY, SHOW QUALITY, SIZE, COAT QUALITY, TEMPERAMENT, OR ADAPTABILITY.
To keep this Guarantee in force: The Buyer must sign, date and return this guarantee prior to shipment and the Buyer further agrees to have the puppy examind by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery, provide the puppy with routine preventive care, such as, but not limited to: vaccinations, wormings and annual health checks. The Buyer understands that he is responsible for all costs associated with but not limited to any medical treatment upon delivery. The Buyer understands that to keep this guarantee in force the puppy must be examined within 48 hours of delivery along with the details of this paragraph. At which time a copy of the exam (not the bill) must be mailed to Luvryorkies within 30 days of the purchase date for any guarantee to be valid. Guarantee covers the cost of your dog only. Luvryorkies is not responsible for the associated charges such as shipping or veterinarian fees, or mental stress....or low blood sugar.

The buyer agrees to RELEASE and FOREVER DISCHARGE Luvryorkies, its directors. successors and assigns, and all persons on its staff who are in an way directly or indirectly connected with said purchase from all damages and causes of action, either by law or in equity, which Buyer may have or acquire or which may accrue to Buyer and/or Buyer's heirs, admministrators, executors, personal representatives, successors or assigns, as a result of the purchase arising herein.
PAYMENT: Luvryorkies will accept a non-refundable deposit or half down to hold you puppy if it is under 8 weeks of age. The balance is due two weeks prior to shipping. If the puppy is over 10 weeks of age and ready for shipping, the full amount is due. The sale of the puppy is based on first-come-first-serve basis. If the puppy is examined and found to be unfit, according to this agreement, by the licensed veterinarian, a puppy of equal value will replace said puppy. Forms of payment excepted--Cashier's Check (Overnight FedEx or UPS), Or Paypal. Cashier's Check will be held for 7 to 10 days prior to shipment of puppy. NO PERSONAL CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
BUYER'S REMORSE: We do everthing in our power to give you all of the information regarding the puppy that you are about to purchase. We will take additional pictures and answer all questions to the best of our ability and as honestly as we can so you can make the best decision possible. As stated above we do not give cash refunds for any reason.
SHIPPING: Shipping is NOT included in the price of the puppy. Most airline airfares run approximately $350 (price may change at any time with the rising costs of fuel and airfare), which will include your crate, airfare and health certificate along with a veterinarian exam. Your puppy will be accompanied by a supplement bag of his/her food that she has been on, health certificate, vet exam, record of all shots and worming, a doggie comforts blanket, and a toy. The following will be sent by US Postal Service the following week: Registration paper, Puppy Pak, and other documentations. Airlines deliver to most major airports in the U.S. Your puppy will shipped to you as the weather and airline accommodations permit. All travel arrangements and shipping costs to return a puppy will be at the expense of the Buyer.
